Earlier this month, London became the first city in Canada to ditch the first-past-the-post system. When the city heads to the polls in 2018 for its municipal election, it will use ranked ballots, where voters will choose candidates in order of preference. Josh Morgan, London city councillor, joins The Agenda to discuss the decision and what other municipalities can learn from London's experience.
