Tony Clement: The Personal Undoing of an MP

The Agenda with Steve Paikin

Tony Clement devoted his career to politics, serving as a federal cabinet minister in Stephen Harper's government and provincially under Mike Harris. He ran for leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party. This all took a nosedive last year, when he became embroiled in a sexting scandal and was ousted from caucus. Clement now sits as an independent MP and has announced he won't run in this fall's federal election. He talks to Steve Paikin about what happened, and what comes next.
