The pandemic has laid bare some of the stresses and strains between property owners and their tenants. To complicate things, tribunal hearings meant to mediate disputes, have been moved online. That doesn't always work for everyone. Southwestern Ontario Hub journalist Mary Baxter tells us why virtual hearings may be inequitable.
