Before the Cuban revolution 60 years ago, and after it, Canada maintained solid cultural, academic and economic exchanges with that country. And while Canadian tourists may still be heading there without difficulty, doing much beyond that has become challenging for citizens of both countries. The Agenda discusses this issue with Queen's University history and global development professor Karen Dubinsky, and musician Elizabeth Rodriguez from OKAN, an Afro-Cuban roots and jazz band.
