A community radio station floating in Lake Ontario has survived more than 12 years without going commercial, thanks to the generosity of a 78-year-old man on Amherst Island. CJAI is a volunteer-run, non-profit radio station that operates rent-free. But its future has suddenly become uncertain. Eastern Ontario Hubs reporter David Rockne Corrigan talks about what he learned while visiting the quirky station, and offers some insights into Ontario's unique community radio broadcasting history.
