Equal pay for equal work, making it easier for certain sectors to unionize, more vacation, increased regulations and fines, these are labour reforms put forth by the Ontario Liberals. The Agenda examines the government's sweeping proposals aimed at protecting precarious workers, and puts a lens on the plan to introduce a $15 hourly minimum wage by 2019.
