Health care workers across the province regularly face situations that put their personal health and safety at risk. That's according to a recent study, "Assaulted and Unheard: Violence Against Healthcare Staff." It was co-authored by Jim Brophy and Margaret Keith, two occupational and environmental health researchers who join The Agenda to discuss why they were stunned by what they heard, and what can be done to improve the lives of workers.
