Wild Yellowstone: Ep. 2 - Grizzly Summer

National Geographic

In summer, Yellowstone transforms into a wildlife paradise, but one with a cruel, dark side. Through torrential floods in spring to burning sun in August, every animal must fight for territory and struggle to find food. Predators are on the prowl and parents protect their offspring, grizzly bears fight with wolves, and cut-throat trout run deadly gauntlets of river otters and osprey. Even hummingbirds go to battle, fighting in midair to protect a territory of wildflowers.
