In many cultures around the world, bugs are not only eaten but are considered a delicacy. In Sardinia, the casu marzu method of cheesemaking results in a pecorino that has been deliberately infested with the larvae of the cheese fly. And in Denmark, home of the Nordic Food Lab, chefs have been experimenting with bee larvae in various recipes.
