After seven years of negotiations, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) came to a halt last week when the Belgian province of Wallonia indicated that it would not agree to the deal. Even though a resolution has been found, are the hurdles the deal has faced an indication that anti-globalization sentiments have gained ground.
