For all the world's attention focused on Syria's refugees, they are only the most recent group so afflicted. In 1992, Somalis fled into the United Nations High Commission on Refugees camp in Dadaab, Kenya - now home to roughly 500,000 people. Ben Rawlence, author of "City of Thorns, Nine Lives in the World's Largest Refugee Camp," joins The Agenda to discuss his look at what it's like to be a permanently displaced person.
