The Harris Tories have been accused of doing a most un-conservative thing: namely, expanding the power of the state significantly. Opposition critics say the Tories are acting like dictators. The Conservatives say extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. They called Richard Nixon the Imperial President. This week, a discussion about whether Mike Harris is the Imperial Premier. Steve is joined by Robert Vipond, Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto.
