Despite public denials to the contrary, would-be contenders for Bob Rae's job are already busy feeling out potential support for a leadership bid. Rae steps down as head of the Ontario New Democrats on February 14th. Steve spoke with him earlier this week about why he is leaving now, and what he thinks of those who say the party needs to move farther to the left now that he is resigning.
