Ontario's 37th Parliament got underway yesterday with a Speech from the Throne that reiterates many of the promises the Harris Tories made in the June election. Tonight, our Fourth Reading pundits will look at the politics behind the platitudes: Have the Conservatives run out of new ideas? Can Liberal leader Dalton McGuinty keep his job? Will the NDP be heard, given they don't have enough seats in the House for official party status?
