It was a tough week for the two PC leadership candidates who say the common sense revolution is not over, a good week for the candidate who says it is, while the front runner smiles from on high. We'll have some fresh polling results on just how big Ernie Eves' lead really is. First, the only man in Ontario who today has a chance to ruin the plans of whoever wins the premiership is Dalton McGuinty. The Liberal leader recently unveiled some ideas aimed at improving the way we do democracy in Ontario. We asked Canada's leading constitutional expert, former University of Toronto professor Peter Russel, to de-cipher the plan for us.
