In October, The Owen Lab at Western University in London, Ontario released the results of the world's largest sleep study. As Steve Paikin learns from Dr. Adrian Owen, the study shows that, on average, people are getting fewer hours of sleep than they need for optimum brain functioning. John Peever, vice president of research at the Canadian Sleep Society, is also on hand to examine the latest research on the subject of human sleep.
