From the perspective of a car in motion, postcards float around. The title of the show appears printed as if it were a postcard. It reads "TVO. Windsor, Ontario."

Catharine appears on screen, at work, in the kitchen. She’s in her thirties. She has short straight dark hair in two tails and wears a chef’s uniform.

Catharine says MY NAME'S
CATHARINE, AND I'M THE
PASTRY CHEF HERE AT NOYING.
SO RIGHT NOW, I'M GONNA BE
MAKING A BASE OF MILK
CHOCOLATE SEMIFREDDO.
AND STIR, AND STIR, AND STIR
AND STIR UNTIL IT GETS
THICK.

As she speaks, the screen shows her proceeding with the making of the desert.

She continues
I WENT TO SCHOOL IN NEW
YORK.
THAT'S WHERE I GOT MY
TRAINING AND AH, CAME BACK
HOME TO WINDSOR, JUST IN
TIME FOR THIS RESTAURANT TO
OPEN AND THEY WANTED A
PASTRY CHEF, AND I JUST
HAPPENED TO BE HERE, SO I
KIND OF LUCKED OUT AT THE.

She plates the semifreddo.
