From the perspective of a car in motion, postcards float around. The title of the show appears printed as if it were a postcard. It reads "TVO. Port Elgin, Ontario."

Darcelle appears on screen. She’s in her twenties. She has short dark hair in a bob and wears a patterned blue hat with a matching bikini. She plays in the sand next to a younger man. They build a sandcastle.

She says I AM A SAND FANATIC.
EVERYONE HATES SAND, BUT I LOVE
SAND.
MY NAME IS DARCELLE.
I'M FROM WATERLOO, AND THIS IS
MY SOON-TO-BE BROTHER, AND HIS
GRANDFATHER HAS A COTTAGE UP
HERE, SO WE USUALLY COME UP HERE
AND JUST HANG OUT AT THE BEACH
ON THE WEEKENDS.
OH, GOODNESS, I NEED SOME
MUSCLES.
MY PEAKS DIDN'T WORK.
WE WERE AVID "POLKAROO" FANS
BACK IN OUR SIX-YEAR-OLD DAYS,
WEREN'T WE?

The Man says YES.

They complete the sandcastle with a feather on top of the tower.

Darcelle says PERFECT.
GREAT.
I THINK I'VE EXHAUSTED ALL
OPTIONS WITH THIS LITTLE TOWN OF
OURS.

The TVO logo appears.
