(BIRDS CHIRPING)
(UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING)

Craig walks across a reclaimed wood yard.

He says WHEN I FIRST STARTED ON ETSY,
I WAS LIKE ONE OF
THE ONLY ONES
DOING RECLAIMED WOOD ART.
THE BUSINESS HAS CHANGED A LOT
IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS.
I'VE SEEN A HUGE SKYROCKET
OF SHOPS
OPENING UP ON ETSY.
I'M TRYING TO SEPARATE MYSELF
FROM EVERYONE,
TO PUSH IT TO BE BETTER.
I LIKE TO BE IN MY OWN LANE.

A caption reads "Craig Forget. Reclaimed Wood Artist."

Craig is in his thirties, with very short receding hair and wears jeans and a gray sweater.

He says WHAT SEPARATES ME, I'D SAY,
FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE,
IS I'VE PROBABLY BEEN COLLECTING
RECLAIMED WOOD A LOT LONGER
AND I'VE GATHERED
A VERY LARGE COLLECTION
OF DIFFERENT COLOURED WOODS,
WHICH HAS ALLOWED ME
TO CREATE
SOME PRETTY UNIQUE PIECES.

Pictures of Craig's nature-inspired art creations appear.

Craig says THE FACT THAT I TRY NOT TO USE
ANY PAINT ON MY PIECES,
DEFINITELY LIMITS ME
ON WHAT I CAN PICK
AND CHOOSE.
I FIND MOTHER NATURE CREATES THE
MOST STUNNING COLOURS.
KEEPING IT SIMPLE
MAKES THE PIECE BETTER.

A clip shows Craig working in his workshop.

Craig says WHEN I'M CONSTRUCTING
MY PIECES,
I'M JUST RANDOMLY CUTTING
SHAPES.
ONCE I GLUE AND FIX THESE PIECES
TO THE ACTUAL ARTWORK,
I CAN'T BACKUP THE TRACKS.
IT'S LIKE, ALMOST LIKE
A ONE-TIME DEAL.
EVERY PIECE I BUILD,
I'M BUILDING IT SO IT CAN
TAKE RUGGED ABUSE
FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANIES.
I'VE SENT PIECES OUT
TO AUSTRALIA,
THE U.K., FRANCE,
GERMANY, THE U.S., AND CANADA,
AND SO EVERY PIECE,
I'M BUILDING IT TO LAST.
WHEN I FIRST START A PIECE OUT,
I QUESTION MYSELF,
"IS THIS GONNA LOOK GOOD,
DOES THIS LOOK RIGHT?"
AND I GOTTA KEEP TELLING MYSELF,
WAIT TILL THE FINISH,
BECAUSE YOU KNOW ONCE YOU GET
EVERYTHING ON,
THE PIECE GETS CLEAR-COATED,
IT ALL COMES TO LIFE,
AND THEN YOU STEP BACK
AND YOU'RE LIKE,
"YEAH, IT LOOKS GREAT.
"I DON'T THINK I COULD DO
SOMETHING ELSE
"THAT COULD MAKE THIS PIECE
LOOK ANY BETTER."
