But when Oto tries on Claude's costume, the zipper jams. To make things worse, the plane itself has become stuck in an asphalt lake! Can Team Doki get Oto and the plane un-stuck, in time for the parade? --- When Fico's fossil-making experiment falls flat, his friends chuckle. You can't make a fossil by burying a rubber dinosaur! But when Fico asks how do you make fossils, Doki realizes that they don't exactly know. So they fly off to the badlands of NORTH DAKOTA, USA, to investigate! There, they meet a paleontologist who explains the natural process and shows them fossil remains of dinosaurs, fish and even footprints. Fico learns that fossil-making takes too long to do it himself, but he's delighted to receive a gift of fossilized dinosaur poo!

Zack and Rex are exploring when they come across a small stream. They decide to try to cross the stream, and they think back to a floating log bridge they took to get across the lake. They make a floating log bridge but when Zack gets on the bridge the current of the water pushes the bridge down the stream. They try, try again, this time to make a bridge that won't move. A bridge of dirt! But when Rex pours in a load of dirt - it just gets washed away. Rex and Zack know there's a way to solve the problem, but they have to but their hoods together to figure it out. Rex realizes that if they make a log bridge that is above the water, then it won't get washed away and they can cross. No sooner have they made the bridge than Rex is in the water with his life-jacket, trying it out from below as well.

Instead of turning him in, however, Crane decides to turn Dodo into a double-spy, sending him back to Vulture with fake plans. The new mission: to bring back the design plans that Vulture's team is working on. But Vulture quickly catches on too, and flips Dodo again, returning him to Crane as a triple spy. The silly Spy vs. Spy espionage continues to escalate, finally coming to a head at the big technology competition where Crane and Vulture square off - and conclude that by working together, they can better solve the design problems both sides were experiencing.

Chase the helicopter shows Zack the muddiest place in Zerby Town Forest, a perfect place to have 'mudfest'! But when Zack gets stuck in the mud, Chase is unable to pull him out. They call Strut the crane but Zack ends up too far out in the mud for Strut to reach him. Only together can Chase and Strut get Strut's hook out to Zack so he can be towed out. --- Zack and Lily are exploring Zerby Town forest when they come across a rock that's a little too high to get up on. With Strut the crane busy, Fill the front loader comes by to help. Fill can lift Zack and Lily in his scoop to the top of the rock, but when he tries he finds out that Zerbies are heavier than a scoopful of dirt, and he can't keep his balance. At first, Lily balances on the back of Fill to weigh him down so he can lift Zack. But when Zack gets to the top of the rock and its Lily's turn to ride in the scoop, there's no one to balance on the back of Fill. Before long the Zerbies realize they can use a rock on Fill's back to help him keep his balance while he lifts Lily. --- Zack and Fran the Ferry are out for a ride around Zerby Town Lake on a very windy day. When the joy riding is over Fran tries to land at the docks. But it turns out, landing in the wind is difficult. When she approaches the first time, the wind blows her way off course, into the reeds at the side of the lake. She backs up and tries again, this time starting further to the side, she gets to the dock but blows past before Zack can get off and tie her up. The next time she comes in on an angle so she can stay still in the wind, but the angle is too hard for Zack to get off onto the dock. Finally, Zack realizes that they should use the wind to help them. Fran lines up with the dock in such a way that the wind blows her up against the dock instead of away from it. This allows Zack to get off and tie her up.

Rex brings his trailer out to carry them back to Mika's Shop so they can get fixed, but the trailer isn't big enough to fit 4 broken Zerbies. With a rainstorm coming in they have to figure out a way they can all get back to Zerby Town. They try getting on the trailer facing forwards, but that only fits 2 Zerbies. They try sideways, which works a little better, but still only fits 3 of the 4. They try piling on but they just end up falling off when Rex starts to move. Even using sticks to make the trailer bigger doesn't work. Finally, Zack gets the idea that if everyone give him their broken tires and he gives the others his working ones, then he can ride the trailer with 4 broken tires and the others can drive home.

Pluto has been demoted and reclassified as a dwarf planet, but Vulture has big plans for it: "Vulture World," a grand amusement park filled with Vulture-themed rides and attractions. But first they'll need to terraform Pluto and make it more like Earth up there, by adding heat, water, oxygen and dirt. He dispatches Eagle, Robyn, Hawk and Raven to travel there and get to work on it. All is going as planned... until they hit an unexpected obstacle: the discovery of water! The #1 rule of space exploration: If there's any chance of life developing on a planet, or even a dwarf planet, they must leave it alone and return to Earth. Vulture is furious, and not to be denied. So he and Dodo fly to Pluto themselves to continue the cadets' work. But when Dodo accidentally terraforms Vulture's head, causing a flower to sprout there, all activity must cease - for good this time. Aaargh!!

But he cheers up a little when Zoe befriends him with a ball. Zoe has another surprise for the Brooklyn-Bells. She's brought snowballs back from Alaska! A big family snowball game breaks out in the kitchen. As the fun gets noisy, Mrs Hobbs uses brand-new spy equipment to watch from next door. She records Waffle's every wrong move in her 'dog log'. Zoe has another surprise - presents for Evie and Doug. They're snow alarms for when you're lost in the Alaskan snow. Evie and Doug love the alarms and Waffle does too and says so! Zoe is shocked to discover that Waffle can speak. Zoe shares video from her travels of humpback whales singing. When she explains that people say the whales break into song when they're missing each other, Waffle breaks into whale song too - because he's going to miss Doug! Waffle's whale singing irritates Mrs Hobbs but her cat, George, hurries through the tunnel to visit his friend Waffle next door. George knows that Waffle is whale singing because he's sad. When Doug and Zoe eventually leave, Evie suggests a game of dressing up with Waffle to cheer him up. Meanwhile, Mrs Hobbs reveals to George the new spy measures she's set in place. Soon Mrs Hobbs hopes to get Waffle sent away.

Nick's still not allowed back in the junkyard, so Anne and her Dad invite Nick's Mom to see that the androids aren't dangerous. To keep everybody safe, Anne gives the androids rules they must follow. But, even with new rules, accidents have a tendency of happening when Shania and the androids are around. Unfortunately, instead of making Nick's Mom change her mind, visiting the junkyard made Nick's Mom even more sure it's not a place she wants Nick to be.
