One Ontario politician’s quiet but substantial legacy

​Have you ever driven over the Burlington Skyway bridge? If so, have you ever noticed who that bridge is named after?

My guess is, probably not, which is why I wanted to interview the author of a new book on former Ontario treasurer James Noble Allan, after whom that massive structure is named.

The bridge opened on this date in 1958.
