Colette Grant

Educator, Rockland

Colette has been involved in education since the beginning of her career as a teacher, a school principal, a special education consultant and as director of special education programs and services for a northern board. She was a member of various community committees involving children with special needs. Her interest in child and adult education is ongoing. She is fluently bilingual, a definite asset in the Rockland area where she relocated to from Timmins six years ago. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Coordination of Services coordination de services in Ottawa and Prescott-Russell. This agency coordinates services for adults with special needs throughout different agencies and services. Colette continues to show her commitment to Special needs population including children, teenagers and adults.
