What happens when your daughter decides she hates her body? What happens when how she looks becomes an obsession? In Canada eating disorders strike thousands of young women. This week the story of two of them and how they got their lives and their health back. Every day more than 100 people in this country die from cancers related to smoking. And that doesn't include the number of deaths from heart disease and stroke related to smoking. Close to 7 million Canadians can't kick the habit. Although many of them, 70% in fact, say they wish they could.

There are lots of different methods available to help people quit smoking. This week we meet Sue Meighan, a long-time smoker, who's tried several stop-smoking therapies and Dr. Kingsley Watts, an expert in smoking cessation programs. Now that most of us have a bottle of echinacea or St. John's Wort in our medicine cabinet Health Canada is about to regulate herbal medicines.
