TVO PROGRAM AVAILABILITY
To acquire copies of the programs in this newsletter, you have four options:
•TVONTARIO SALES AND LICENSING
Programs listed with a buy icon may be purchased from TVOntario Sales and Licensing, or its distributors by simply clicking on the icon. More information.

•TAPING OFF AIR USING ERCC GUIDELINES
Programs may be taped off-air using the Educational Rights Collective of Canada (ERCC) guidelines.

The Educational Rights Collective of Canada (ERCC) is a non-profit collective established in 1998 to represent the interests of copyright owners of television and radio programs (news, commentary programs and all other programs), when these programs are reproduced and performed in public by educational institutions for educational or training purposes.

School boards may have purchased tariffs which allow teachers to tape programs. Please check with your individual school board.

Contact ERCC at info@ercc.ca or visit the Copyright Board of Canada.

•OTHER PRODUCERS AND DISTRIBUTORS
Programs not produced by TVO may be available from the original producer or its distributor.
•CURRICULUM RESOURCE BANK
Some programs may also be available on the Curriculum Resource Bank, TVOntario's media-on-demand resource. The CRB includes more than 100 hours of the best of TVO's award-winning K-12 videos — indexed into 20,000 discrete learning objects — plus interactive Flash exercises for science and math, teacher guides, scripts, and more. Now find answer keys for Viewing Questions (BLM 1) from the TVO for TEACHERS E-News. More information
