Programs may be taped off-air using the Educational Rights Collective of Canada (ERCC) guidelines.
The Educational Rights Collective of Canada (ERCC) is a non-profit collective established in 1998 to represent the interests of copyright owners of television and radio programs (news, commentary programs and all other programs), when these programs are reproduced and performed in public by educational institutions for educational or training purposes.
Some programs may also be available on the Curriculum Resource Bank, TVOntario's media-on-demand resource. The CRB includes more than 100 hours of the best of TVO's award-winning K-12 videos — indexed into 20,000 discrete learning objects — plus interactive Flash exercises for science and math, teacher guides, scripts, and more.
