This documentary will chronicle the family legacy of eccentric storyteller and maverick filmmaker Marshall Sfalcin, who claims that this grandfather invented fast food in the 1930s. Sfalcin is driven to expose the truth behind the rise and fall of his family's once thriving "Hi Ho" hamburger cahin in Windsor in the 1950s and the ensuing fast food wars with competitors such as Colonel Sanders.
