Criminal Code of Canada - A good place to start is to read the legislation and understand what it says about sexual offences against children and adolescents.
Public Safety Canada - It was created in 2003 to ensure coordination across all federal departments and agencies responsible for national security and the safety of Canadians. Its mandate includes crime prevention, law enforcement policy, and corrections policy. The department researches and publishes reports on sexual offender risk assessment and treatment.
National Sex Offender Registry - The RCMP's fact page that explains how the registry works and what information is contained on the database. It also lists the penalties for non-compliant offenders.
Ontario Sex Offender Registry - It was established in 2000 and proclaimed as Christopher's Law in 2001 in honour of Christopher Stephenson, an 11-year-old who was murdered by a convicted pedophile on federal statutory release.

BOOST - BOOST offers programs and services for children, youth and their families to prevent abuse or provide support when abuse or violence has occurred.
KINSA - Kids' Internet Safety Alliance was established as a response to the negative aspects of the Internet that harm children and youth. They offer education and awareness programs, as well as lobbying industry and government for more safety measures on the Internet.
COSA - Circles of Support and Accountability is a reintegration program for sexual offenders who have served their sentences and are returning to their community.
CAMH - is an addiction and mental health organization that offers clinical care, research, education, health promotion, and policy development.
