All commenting and interaction on TVO.org is designed to gather original ideas and comments from you, members of TVO.org. If you would like to join this community, it is important that you understand and agree to the rules. 1) While we want to encourage original and even provocative thought and debate on issues, we do not want to propagate hate, pornography, or other criminal behaviouractions or other similarly illegal behaviour. You agree not to post or upload any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderousdefamatory, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

2) We hope to create a community that is safe for all users: posting personal or inflammatory material about another member person is strictly forbidden. Posting personal information about anyone at all is also forbidden.

3) If you didn't make it, you don't own it, and therefore you can't upload it. By uploading a comment or idea in any format, you are affirming that you own it, and you are transferring the copyright to TVO. That means we can use it in any way we choose, in any media, anywhere, for as long as we want.

4) While the administrators and moderators of TVO.org will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore, you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence TVO and its administrators and moderators will not be held liable.
