Sorry to hear your having problems. The video plays fine here. Perhaps you could tell me a bit more about your system. Is it Mac or PC?

If you're using a Mac, make sure you've downloaded the latest version of FlipforMac

If you've got a PC, please make sure you've got an up-to-date version of MediaPlayer

technical difficulty-video does not play

Mixed Systems video (Nov. 25) will not play.
